About the Position
We’re hiring a driven, entrepreneurial partner Development to lead outbound growth and data acquisition in key industry verticals. This role combines account strategy, cold outreach, and deep discovery. You’ll thrive here if you love picking up the phone, asking smart questions, and finding ways to make new opportunities real.
You’ll operate at the frontlines of our sales motion, identifying the right leads, booking the right calls, and bringing qualified opportunities into the pipeline. Your feedback from these conversations will help shape how we refine our go-to-market strategy and how we build the product.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own outbound prospecting and cold outreach to target accounts
- Research and identify the right companies and decision-makers to engage
- Develop outreach that connects our platform to real customer pain points
- Lead early discovery conversations that qualify fit, urgency, and potential
- Partner with product and onboarding teams to ensure strong customer transitions
- Share customer insights that influence product direction and messaging
What You Bring
- 3 - 4+ years of experience in outbound sales, partnerships, or business development
- Proven ability to open cold accounts, start smart conversations, and drive engagement
- Confidence working in emerging or undefined markets, with a builder mindset
- Curiosity and fluency in how companies use data, AI, and automation to solve problems
- Clear, concise communication across all levels of seniority
- Familiarity with platforms like Snowflake, Datarade, LiveRamp, or similar
- Experience in verticals like advertising, automotive, or transportation a plus
- Understanding of AI’s impact on data sourcing, enrichment, and decision-making
